We will contact you when your item is ready, informing you of the date we intend to ship it. We use a fulfilment service provider called Weengs Ltd who handle the packaging and shipping of your item with a trusted carrier. You should expect to receive your item within 2-5 working days after the date we have specified.
When inputting the delivery details it is important that you include a contact telephone number and the correct address. It is your duty to ensure that either yourself or an alternative recipient will be available to accept the order. Delivery will be made to the address and postcode you have entered, we cannot accept liability for any late or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Once your shipment is on its way you will be able to track its progress using your unique tracking reference number that we will provide.

Mainland UK only: 2-5 working days from date of shipping
Non mainland UK: We do not currently ship to areas deemed non UK mainland
International: We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK
Great care is taken to pack items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If, for reasons beyond our control, your item is damaged during transit and clearly shows signs of damage or leakage when it arrives then we ask that you refuse to accept it. Please ask the courier to return the parcel to us. We kindly request that you/consumer then inform us/seller within 24hours, either by phone or email that you have had to send the item back due to damage occurring in transit, we/seller will then contact the courier to confirm. Once confirmation has been made between us/seller and the courier we will send a replacement item to you.
We take pride in the quality of our drinks and hope that you or those you are buying for enjoy them. Due to our drinks being perishable goods we therefore cannot offer refunds, unless it arrives damaged.

Your information will not be shared with any third parties, other than those required to fulfil your order such as the delivery company or, with relevant and trusted organisations in the case of Credit Card Fraud.
